Serena and I chose the game: Enter and Exit, because we thought that it was a game that was suitable for the level of improv. we are at. We also chose this game because it focused on a lot of skills which we worked on during class such as justifying entrances and exits and committing and selling your part. This game was played with 4 people so we thought that it was entertaining and could involve a lot of the class. After listening to the video, I found that the instructions were quite clear but we didn't really make it clear that you are supposed to tell the other's your word(we only remembered to say that once someone asked us). We also weren't very clear on justifying your entrance or exit and didn't put enough emphasis on that because when most people entered, they didn't justify their character. Overall, the game worked the way we wanted it to. People were laughing and found it funny, and it was at the right level. Next time though, I would join in the demonstration because I didn't realize until after, that Serena and I were supposed to demonstrate as well instead of just helping them and guiding them through the game as they played. I also would've had everyone just use one word and keep the word the whole time instead of changing the word when they got offstage, as that made it a bit confusing. But, in the end, I think that the game was a success!
